I have a simple PHP website that I'd like to create, I'd like to use include files for content elements and format them in the webpage with CSS so that i can edit the text include files without formatting info and then the format info will be applied in the webpage. This way I have a very simple CMS system. I would like to have to have the flexibility of random image selection. i would also like each image to have a mouseover for a text description. i am also looking for the coder i select to be a good English speaker and available on YIM and/or Skype. In your response please address these issues and let me know your experience with these tools and your comfort level with spoken English. Each page of the website would have it's own folder for images inside the main image folder. inside of a page's image folder there would be a folder for each of the images on the page. HOMEPAGE folder image 1 folder image 2 folder image3 folder If there is more than one image in the image 1 folder for the web page, then a random function would be used to pick from the images. also in each folder would be a textfile with the same name as the image which would hold the mouseover text. Again this design allows for a very simple CMS where I can just change out the images in the folders. I will need some help with logo - it may end up just being text but along a path, or it may be related to some image that I will provide, but may need it be made transparent so that the white background does not show up against any background color/image that may be used for the header of the webpage. i'm imagining that the webpages will be commented and divided into sections...     There may be other sections you or i suggest as the site is developed - these will help to clarify the flow of the page and where the include files are placed for the simple CMS template type feel I want. The website will have 3 pages - HOME, ABOUT, and PACKAGES - on the packages page i would like a default paypal button for each package - i will replace it with a customized paypal button that I generate from my paypal account.
