install freeradius and a PHP script on a shared linux server

Install freeradius 2.2.0 on my shared linux host.\ freeradius is a open source program the is used to register and authenticate users that wish to login to a remote network. In this case freeradius will be used to enable users to register there details. new users are redirected from a MIkrotik hotspot login page, to the php script on my server to register (attached) once registered the user will be issued with username and password users need to provide a real name, username and a valid email address. The linux server is hosted at lpwebhosting.com.
