Please take the full tour of the script, admin and user side, it basically gives you a blueprint to work from. I will send half payment when I see the site working on your server to my complete satisfaction and the other half when I see it working on mine to my complete satisfaction. When completed, the entire website should be easy for the end user to install and be able to be administered online via a nice control panel and the WebPages should be easily updated through any HTML program. All raw source code and image files need to be on my server and I will retain all copyright permissions. All money transactions will be handled through escrow.
