DTMF CallerID Device for Developers

I'm trying to locate a device wich would allow me to retreive the CallerID of the incoming and possibly outgoing calls to enable my application to bring up the records of the person calling in without keying in their ID. The network is based on the Sweedish DTMF CallerID standard. Need a lead to a supplier of a single and multiples line device as a plus. Connection to the computer can be a serial port or USB.
