Conversion of Static Site to Joomla

I would like the following website converted into Joomla: [login to view URL] The requirements: 1) Install Joomla 2) Create a template that looks 90% similar to existing site (some difference is okay) 3) Copy content from existing site into new site ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
