X-Cart Complete Installation with SSL and Custom Modification(repost)

[login to view URL] have a current website [login to view URL], which is a grocery website, we want to use same design and logo with some changes... on our new website [login to view URL] and you will do those minor changes for us. We want to use same color scheme, logo, same button style etc. will just add Pakistan House Presents ChicagoHalalMeat.com. You will give us that design on our X-Cart software. [login to view URL] need these customization in Shipping module. We have two kind of products... Regular groceries and Meat products and we ship only with in United States and we want to have different shipping charges on different products(meat and non meat) and for different destinations with in United States. We need some custom shipping modifications in X-Cart. (i) We will charge $8.99 flat shipping to 48 States in US. (only on groceries, NO meat products, and not including Alaska and Hawaii) for orders under $90.00 and Free shipping on any order above $90.00. (ii) We want to use USPS automatic shipping calculator for products shipping to Alaska and Hawaii (groceries, NO meat products) (iii) MEAT PRODUCTS WILL BE SHIPPED ONLY WITHIN 150 Miles of Chicago, I have a list of zip codes, cities and States where we will ship meat products.
