Active Map showing listing content and location

I require a quotation for an inclusion to an Australian listing website that has two components on the front page and a third on a linked page that reflect recent listings made on the site and their approximate location down to a suburb in Australia. The site is [[login to view URL]][1]. The home page should have two panels adjacent to each other. The Left panel titled "**What people are listing**" would have a dynamic rolling list showing textual shot title information such as category, a few words and a suburb and state, and the panel on the right titled "**Where people are listing**" will have a map segment that cetres on a location for a few seconds with a callout containing text similar to "23minutes ago, someone in SUBURB, STATE, listed a [HOME for SALE, Car for sale etc] and a thumbnail of the item. The map segment will centre on the location, and then move to the next with the companion listing information. Clicking on the panel will take the user to another page with a full map that moves the map to centre on the location of the listing. This work should be inspired by, but not be a copy of the work that can be seen at [login to view URL] Jshed is written in php with a template front end. The time for refresh to the next listing should be Admin adjustable.
