546585 Smarty Template built from psd files

I have a job ready to start that needs completed urgent for us. It is a property script using smarty templates - and we have psd design that we need put over it. We have a new home page and inner page psd files ready. The script is installed and running, and the psd files are ready to go.... The script would also need to be matched to the style of the new visuals, ie, wording, colours etc so everything matches the new look. We would required you to be able to custom the look of the admin too to match the overall look of the new visuals. Please only reply if you have experience using smarty templates and are 100% happy that you can do the job being asked before you bid!
