58438 Webmaster for 3-5 hours a week

Hi, I have a few website ideas that I am working on but don't necessarily have the time nor the experience to do all of the programming. I have a base level understanding of html and have installed some scripts on my websites. What I am looking for is someone who is willing to work 3-5 hours a week for $25US a week (payable by Paypal is preference but willing to take other suggestions via PMB). What your task will be is to assist in the development of my ideas into working websites. I don't care if templates are used as long as there is slight modification and the websites look great and aren't slow to load. I don't really want any flash animation on the sites and need someone who can program in PHP and mysql. The first task will be to source/create/install a password script for a membership site I am working on. It is currently an html site but would be willing to have it turn into a php site to streamline headings, menus, etc. I would look to you for your recommendation. I have two other websites that I will need help on and there are other ideas I have as well. They are all hobby websites and thus I can only afford $25US a week at present. If the websites start making profits where I can start funding other projects I would look at possibly increasing the hours and wages accordingly. This is a great job for a freelancer who wants some extra cash and can make quick modifications to websites, install scripts quickly, understands html, php and mysql and who also understands good website layout design for quick load times. Please PMB me with examples of sites you have worked on. I will maintain ownership and copyright of all aspects of the website and do not want the successful applicant using my ideas for competing websites. Please do not bid if you plan on charging more than $25 per week for the work as I will not consider your bid as it is outside my budget. Kindest regards Jeff
