Simple web portal/download site

We would like a member download site where prospects can create an account and then download our software, products and information etc - There are three access levels for this site: Each level can create users at the level below ie a distributer can create a new reseller, a reseller can creat a new prospct etc ME Distributers Resellers prospects ## Deliverables Customer download portal SQL based using ASP or Perl The member site is setup in a hierarchical structure: jetNEXUS Distributer Partner Prospects The is a relationships so that jetnexus can see all ( Distributer, parents and prospects) and what they have downloaded. (distributer can only see their partner and prospects) and partner can only see their prospects. The site is be multi language- The jetnexus top tier login is English but they other login ie Distributor, partner and prospect can be multi language There is a table containing our products and any items that can be download from the site are associated to products jetNEXUS can create/ edit and delete products. When a distributor sets up a new partner they allocate the partner product from a multi select drop down. The distributer can only see the product that they have been assigned. The prospect can only see products that the partner has been assigned. The download site will display the partner logo and a login form containing (Username (email) and Password) the will also be an option to register. If they click on the register link then they will be taken to another new page containing the partner logo and the registration fields. The compulsory fields are: Company Name Name Email The other fields will be displayed depending on the setup of the partner For example it may require the prospect to enter a phone number or it may make it compulsory to enter a phone number.
