There is alot of talent out their and we are seeking it for this project. Looking for a complete script to create our safe and secure online payment system similar to PayPal. Our system will allow people to create an account to send money to other users. they can pay for auctions or purchase any other products with just a email address. Security and functionality is our main goal. We want to utilize the best commercially available technology and procedures to protect the security of our online transactions. A few key things we are looking for are.. We want our system to automatically encrypt a users confidential information in transit from their computer using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. We are also looking for a built-in access code generator for logging and registering for an account so as to prevent automatic signups/registrations or something similar to that. We want a script that fully supports automated recurring billing and allows to completely customize all colors and logos, for a completely brandable site. We want to be able to Easily ban/block users/IP's .
