298551 New Flash Website Template

I purchased a flash website template that I want to use for my website. I need someone to make all the necessary changes to the template and install the finished product, all 8-9 website pages, on my server. I had another programmer work on the website and he was able to make changes to the flash header but he did not complete the installation. Here is what I have so far: [login to view URL] This is the "Home" page. It's nearly done except that the upper right button links are not done and the 4 sub headings are not done. Also, I need the upper right subheading to have a news feed like this: [login to view URL] The "Products" page is nearly done as well, except for some text changes. the page also needs to be stretched: [login to view URL] The rest of the pages have not been done. I need about 9 pages, two will be blank like this one, except for the title heading, but make it stretched as well: [login to view URL] and the existing website and all additional pages are here: [login to view URL] There is a message board on one of the pages, does that pose any problem? All pages need to be stretched, so I can add text and pictures later if I need to make changes. I didn't get any fonts with the template, so we need to improvise. And I guess you will need to create a php page for the site. I need someone to take all the files, make the changes to reflect my current website and install the whole new site. So when I go to my website, it has the complete new look with the flash header and all links working for all 8-9 pages, complete with the text changes. All the files are uploaded to my server.
