A site that allows users to become members by purchasing time via a payment processor such as CCBill with an account set up in a database such as SQL2000. Major point: What is needed is a program that is installed on the users computer that is similar to a messenger program but but with a very limited function. It will allow a member to first login, then enter the other member's ID, then enter a payment rate ($/minute), then the other member will send their payment rate until it both agree in rate, this represents minimal information exchanged with this messenger like program, the members will use any other means (other messenger programs, etc.) to exchange more information about one anothers requirements. This messenger program itself will then compare both rates until they agree and allow another function, that is, to allow one member to send payment at said rate and the other to receive it. I already have a site with a basic member database and payment processor, CCBill, it may be possible to use these resources. So the main endeavor is the messenger type pay exchange program. The transaction details should be displayed dynamically viewed by the members, including account depletion or accrual, payment rate, and estimated time left. This set up is similar to a video chat site except there would be no member profiles, pictures, etc. maintained on the site, the chat and video is up to the members.
