I would like a clone of this website: [login to view URL] It offer a fee assistant for Paypal. When a buyer visits SurPay to make a payment, the system calculates a handling fee and adds it to the total due. The buyer then redirects to PayPal to submit the adjusted payment, and the seller receives the payment with no fee reduction. I would also like to integrate a coupon system as this site offers: http://www.cutpay.com. How does this system work? Within their account, sellers can create their own coupons and send out automatic notifications to their customers. The next time a bidder pays their seller with PayPal, they visit the CutPay site, redeem their coupon, and are redirected to PayPal to pay their seller the remaining amount due. Since I am on a limited budget, If I can't get both then I would at least like to have the coupon site. I can help woth the site design some as I am on a very limited budget.
