This will be a Perl/PHP script similar to adultcheck.com. An AVS (Age Verification Service) is a service that prevents minors from viewing adult oriented content/material. Feature Request: * MySQL database driven * Integrates with IBill and [login to view URL] Admin Features: * View/Edit/Delete Accounts. Includes their name, email, address, phone, username, password, site names, site addresses, member areas. * Approve/Deny site/account requests. This will show each new/current users sites awaiting approval. Also have a function that can auto-approve webmasters that the admin selects * Email all webmasters * Email all users * Modify payouts * Webmaster referral commissions. * The ability to remove funds for webmasters due to chargebacks or TOS violations. * All pages and emails are template driven. ( I will provde the HTML) Not just headers and footers. Use tags like: %%topbanner%% %%bottombanner%% %%title%% %%menu%% and so on * some sort of fraud screening * Search webmasters via keyword * Approve/deny requests to be added to the site database search engine. Site features: * Surfers can buy a pass on the site. * Surfers can search though a categorized database of participating websites. * Surfers can log into any participating website with their payed password. * Webmaster login/password reminder feature Webmaster features: * Webmaster Signup form: Name, email, address, city, state, country, zip, site name, category, site URL, member content URL. As soon as the webmaster signs up, he is re-directed to a page where he/she can grab the HTML code for their website. Their ID is automatically placed in the code but the html will be provided by me. They will be seperated by category. They then paste this code on their pages and email the admin for approval. Once approved, they can begin start earning money for passwords sold and a predetermined amount for webmasters that tey refer to the program. * Webmasters can add additional sites in the webmasters password protected section. Site name, site URL, members URL, category. When they add a new site, the process above repeats for that site. * Wembasters can check their stats in real-time including hits to the signup page, sales and click/sales ratio. * Stats for webmaster referrals. * Request to be added to the search engine. Backend: Need a big config file as well as MySQL tables. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Unix/Apache/Perl or PHP/MySQL ## Deadline information I will be needing close to 50 other unique scripts.
