Product Comparison Website

I am planning to set up a website where users can select a whole list of functions they want from an electronic good, and then it brings up a list of matching items. The options can be quite varied. For example weighs under 1 kilo, with a resolution of over 7 mega pixels, and comes in pink. Other features I need would allow up to three goods to be compared side by side on the same page. Finally I would like to upload all specifications and details up via .CSV I would supply all the specification's and handle the web design. All I need is a script that fits the bill.
