Auto torrent creation

This application will work with my current rtorrent setup on my linux box. Currently rtorrent monitors a directory on my server for new torrents, and loads them automatically. I have certain files I need seeded, and need new torrents for them daily. I need an application what will make as many new torrents as I need so that I no longer have to do it manually. Each torrent contains a .exe file and a .txt file. The application must create a new batch of torrents on demand that includes the .exe files, as well as a randomly generate .txt file to randomize the hash. The torrents should be named after the .exe file, with some sort of random suffix. It must then copy the new torrents to the rtorrent 'torrents' folder, and copy the new .txt file to the 'files' folder so they can be seeded. It should also spit out a ZIP file containing all of the torrents. -Payment will be made using GaF escrow upon completion of the job. -If you are professional and I like your work, I will have more projects for you. -Do NOT bid unless you are fluent in English and are 110% able to complete the project. -PMB me with details on how you plan to code this and how it will work. -I have ZERO tolerance for unprofessional providers so please do not bother wasting my time if you are not capable of this work.
