make website w directory listing+downlad membership w paypal

currently i have many rar files, directories on my dedicated server and i have a webserver on it.. apache! i would like to get a full website which can listing those files (this website would be friendly with google, so files could be listed and found by google) i would have a membership system where ppl can buy access (and they can download the files) so the guest users cant download the files!! after made a payment they would be available to download! there should be some type of account (1 day usage, 2 day, 1 week, 1 months) should be a full auto system with paypal.. the accounts would be full auto system.. so expired account must be deleted automatically.. :) account creation would be auto as well after a successfull payment :) important!!!! the lowest bid will win! any question please msg me.
