Online Streaming Media Website (Photos, Videos, Audio)

Users can register for an account, upload content (photos, videos, audio), and have the content published. The content must first be approved by an admin, for it to be published. Users will be able to tag other users and comment on digital content. An admin creates a category, and that category can be populated with Audio, Video, Photos, and Quotes. Need a phone, tablet, and desktop optimized interfaces. The basic framework for site is already laid out in Jquery on ASP.net framework. You would need to clean up the code, and build on top of it, or port it to a LAMP environment. Buttons nav bars, and mostly everything will be pulled from Jquery library, only one part of desktop UI is a custom interface we would like developed to sit on the page, with Jquery nav bars, buttons, etc. Included in attachment. I would like it to do a full screen slideshow of photos, as audio plays. I would like to add a little playlist button under the main title track, so they have a playlist pop-down and the user can change the track. The photos will be automatically populated from the user uploads. Admin Features: -Content Approval System -Multi-Site Capability- So for example, group A has admins and users, but can not view any content from other groups, and has custom login redirect than Group B, C, D, etc, etc. -Feature to upload a spreadsheet of data which possesses information in regard to who has purchased subscription. User registration needs to read said file and verify that there name is in this file to confirm their subscription. -Ability to create categories for users to upload to.
