Change in websites

I have not yet found some body to help me learn creating website in asp dot net c#. So am not able to make even very little change in my two websites as these website are developed by an expert freelancer I am struggling with the codes, although he has developed them in a very systematic and standard way using Linq but am familiar with dataset only I need a freelancer who can help me make small changes in these two websites. the changes are like...Adding or removing a dropdown, textbox or checkbox, in a page, and creating an edit or delete button. The website are bug free, running well. it will be a fun for an expert. I can pay Rs.2000/- for changes and if somebody is ready explain the codes and structure of websites they are developed, i can pay 3000/- this is not more than 2-3 days task if give only 2 hours daily.(if want to see the websites i can send the codes and DB to the interested freelancer) Please don't bid out of the budget However i can consider hourly price in INR if the freelancer is Pro in C#. and the hours i need in night only.
