poker website like pokerstars

Hello, We are looking to create a poker website. the model would be poker stars. we need the server and client software We can considere a 100 % web solution with no client or install. we need to have it in portuguse language, therefore we need to manage languages. all the rest is pretty similar to poker sites on the web. We are considering to create a simple solution (in features, just hold em) but we need an amaizing design.
