198632 php: Address Book Importer

What I need done: I need a very advanced address book importer script designed. This script will require the user to enter their email login and password at which point the script will import all of the users in the individuals address book. There should also be an input box for the sender to input their name to make the invite a little more personal. I also need the message to appear to be sent from the users email account that generated all of the imported names. Upon submission, every receiver imported from the senders email address book will be sent an invite script with customizable text that only the system admin can control. I should be able to change the welcome email text that the address book users are sent at my own discretion. My script will be similar with the only difference being that the imported receivers will be sent an invite email instead of being added to an instant messenger. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: I will need to be able to use css to style the script accordingly with my website. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience designing web 2.0 applications including Javascript, AJAX, php, ruby, etc. Experience with search engine optimization and net marketing is an added plus. Timeframe for delivery: I need to have this up and running within 3 weeks. I need a way to track that the user has in fact sent an invite to at least 25 people from his/her address book. If the user has sent at least 25 invitations, he will be redirected to a page to download the free digital gift. Also, I need integration with AWEBER. I would like every user on the invite to be sent an invite from my aweber autoresponder. This will require some parsing work. This project is for an expert level coder.
