I would like to apply to work with you on this project. I can give you base websites from my previous project ( since you need base urls for crawler to start searching through web). I have a database with 50 million websites ( I can guarantee that nobody here has that :) ). I can make the software for you. But please note that you need a lot of bandwidth for this to work, and crawling takes long time. I have also won few awards for image processing algorithms so i know what you need.
