We need to set up a script that will search inside a dedicated server all PowerMTA server log files (of every virtual MTA used) and load all hard bounce emails into a mysql database. The script needs to run once a day (cron) and not search already searched logs. this database must be accessible and redable by the php script installed on the server and use it as a suppression database list for every sending. You should have a good knowledge of PowerMTA bounce codes.

Before starting a project i would need to know some info about it ie.: - what is maximum file-size of a mail log files in question ( to prevent PHP memory limit error ) - can i create new table in database for logging start time, end time, last file processed etc. of a required cron-job
