MINT meditec web application

I am not sure how this will work or if there is something similar. Coder can use open source if he/she has it. I need to develop a website that will have 2 type of members. 1. Physicians. They should be able to have an online account. When the login, they should have an admin area and have these features. - Post their resume, experience, education, Office address (full address, city, country), field of expertise, etc - Create patients (full name and address, etc). - Create medical recored per patient, including uploading pictures, documments, etc. - Create products and services and be able to handle inventory, purchase price, sale price and able to create invoices and quotes per client. - Smart Appointmet scheduler. So when a patient request an appointment it will tell the patient if the date is available and show options if not. 2. Patients. When they login they should be able to. - Create their profile (full name and address, etc)and their medical history. - Search by doctor name, city, field of expertise. - Request appointment when Physician has been picked. More details when after I choose coder. This should be able to run online. Need design of site in CSS and prefer php for application. Database needs to be MySQL. Time for completion is not important if it is within fairness. Price of application and previous experience with similar application is very important. Thanks
