TinyOS - Zigbee project

I am looking for someone to help me develop a low cost mote. The mote must preferable be built from an IC (as purchased from an existing supplier such as Nordic Semiconductor's nRF24L01) as to reduce cost. We are looking at building our own custom mote that is in essence a mote IC on a pcboard with the following software requirements: 1. The path of the IP packets as it jumps from mote to mote must be logged. This data will be used later to determine the source mote, 2nd mote, 3rd mote etc. This is similar to a traceroute log in standard IP packact routing, only difference being that the motes are shown and not the router IPs. 2. Each mote must be identifyable via unique ID. (similar to a mac address) 3. The reach of the mote must be adjustable in range. i.e. the range can be changed from 100% to 10% of total range. Total range should be no less than 10m. Other than these three requirements the projects has no additional requirements. The main determinating factor is to get the cost of each mote as low as possible. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux, Zigbee
