Probably your External IP is in blacklist then you need make some appropriate procedures for make it white - analyze SMTP code which your SMTP servers receive(User unknown, domain doesn't exist,etc) for exclude appropriate mail addresses for sending. Also probably you need to have SPF and DKIM configuration, and correct PTR-record in DNS for your external IP. So if you need my halp with it - I will be happy to help you just let me know.

Hi, I'm experienced in dealing with CentOS, and currently look after several CentOS mail servers (Postfix and Exim). If you like to message me a few more details I can start looking into the possible cause before you select a bidder. I can also get the SSL certificate installed as soon as one has been purchased (this could be part of the issue if your server is trying to send mail securley via SMTPS to other servers that accept that protocol).
