PHP/MySQL development

We are a software development company based in USA. We are looking for an experienced PHP/MySQL programmer to work for us on monthly basis. Communication will be done through email, AIM, Yahoo messenger, MSN and ICQ. Work would primarily involve customization of open source solutions to suit our needs. Experience with web hosting related environments will be a plus. We need the programmer to start the work immediately and that's why I'm posting it here instead of job sites.
