Perfect Chatbox Scanner For Poker Site

We need a perfectly working ocx or just plain code using a timer that will do the following. The code MUST get each and every new chat line that scrolls in the [login to view URL] software table window. At the poker tables there is a small chat area at the bottom of the table. This will display current information. We need the code in visual basic that will get each and every new line so that the line itsself can be passed as a variable. We do not want a simple timer that grabs the text from the chatbox and does a instrrev on the chattext and gets the last line. This will not get EVERY LINE because the chat soemtimes moves very quickly and skips a few lines. It is critical that every single line gets scanned. Right now we have code that will do everything almost but it is malfunctioning and? spitting out? duplicate lines of code. So in a nut shell, what is needed is... To get every single line of NEW chat text and simply add it to a listbox without missing or skipping a line.
