Excel to Quickbooks 2

We are currently doing "double data entry" for our billing and invoicing. We enter the data into Excel to run our invoicing program, and then we enter it again into Quickbooks for tracking and accounting. Quickbooks offers a developers kit (SDK) on their website [[login to view URL]][1]. I am upgrading to QBooks Pro 2005 to be able to use this. I want an auto import tool that will take the data from Excel into my existing Quickbooks with no additional entry. A sample file is attached (the actual file will have 150 - 200 lines)- the project will not be deemed complete unless I can take the "after" file (meaning what the program converts the attached into) into Qbooks and have all the data recorded. All I need are Field B (this is invoice number); Field C (Client Name); Field J (Date); and Field L (item) In Field L...Anything that starts with Desktop Faxing is recorded as Sfax in Qbooks; Anything that starts with Email Broadcast is recorded as Email; Anything that starts with Email to Fax is recorded as E2F; Anything that starts with Fax Broadcast is recorded as Fax; Anything that starts with Fax to Email is recorded as F2E. Anything else that appears - the program should ask me to classify so it gets properly recorded in Qbooks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
