I run a virtual server with Ubuntu LTS 10.04 and Apache Web Server for a Drupal site. Not exactly, because Drupal doesn't like my Apache configuration, and it only works with a lighttpd server. I tried a lot and don't find the error.
I always get HTTP 403 Error (forbidden) with Apache when I try to login into Drupal.
I can live with lighty instead of apache on the one side, but my server seems also to be very very slow (MySQL is the bottleneck) but other vservers from same hoster run very good. So because the configuration has to be touched I would also like to switch to Apache.
So I would appreciate help in configuration of the server. Should be an easy work for a professional.
I will provide all configuration files of apache, lighty, mysql, php and whatever you need but cannot give direct access on the server.
