5298 Wordpress/Joomla Theme

I am re-opening the following project that I posted back in July. I am starting a Photoshop tutorial site much like [login to view URL] where I will have a team posting tutorials. I am looking for someone to do a custom Wordpress theme somewhat like the site mentioned above. I will provide the logo and you will come up with the design, color scheme, and layout. The layout must include two spots for advertising - in the same general area they have their google ads but with ads like [login to view URL] with images next to them. And then a column on the side where the Archives are shown. The tutorial listsings/wordpress/joomla posts must be in the same format like [login to view URL] where an image of the finished tutorial can be placed next to it. Please include examples of your work when bidding.
