Joomla/CMS Store Website with Excel Functions

We need a full Joomla/Virtuemart store developed for a client. Store will be for a wholesale product for pre-approved buyers. There will be a LOT of products with attributes (similar to clothing in various sizes). However, our prices change all the time so we must be able to upload an excel file with price changes and also new items as they happen. One item may come in 10 different versions with 10 different prices we update weekly. It is very important for us to have this function. Other responsibilities - Full design/development of website - Website template, Virtuemart template, etc. - Configuring check out solutions/virtuemart - Loading the first 20 or so products – and create guide for client to load the rest - General Joomla installation and configuration - Configuration and content install on static pages (up to 10) - Security to prevent hackers/code injection etc. - Configuration of emails on checkout/user sign up/etc This is a brief description but it is a full Joomla site, turn-key we are looking for. When delivered and configured on our provided hosting it should work. More items may crop up during the project that are not described here but are within the general scope of a job like this and should be completed at no additional cost. Payment will be released on full client approval. We will also require a warranty from the service provider.
