Simple WP Plugin Needed, Add Info & links to post dashbhoard

Hi, I need to get a simple wordpress plugin done that adds a column to wordpress page and post editing dashboard. The column should have a place for me to give them steps to do. So it will be like a wizard but with options for choosing which task they want to do. The wizard will then allow me to give them step by step instructions with a video and text at each step and must be able to add clickable links for them to follow to get something done. So this wizard need to allow me to create as many tasks as i want and within each task to create as many steps as i want and have an appealing interface for me to add instructions for each step, a small video icon (maybe like a thumbnail which will pop up when clicked like a light box or something) and ability to add a clickable link with anchor text. These steps and links should be able to be locked by me and not editable by the user unless they buy a premium version which allows them to create or edit their own steps and links etc. Serious bidders only please. Feedback about the project on how you see it can be delivered and with what options would show me that you have understood and read the project. All the best Tony
