Project Management system

I wan to modify one of this projects to be able to use this system on my small company. <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> the main features I want are: - The system have to send email alerts before deadline. - I want exchange emails with the people involve in the project and the system should parse the email and assigned to the project. - upload files (deliverables) into each project and save them in a folder in the webserver. I want to archive all this features making use of other opensource projects I already found. I want to USE PHP 5/MYSQL/HTML 5 ## Deliverables I attach a spreadsheet that we have been using as project management system now I want move forward.
