PPD Script / Sharecash clone. Some bugs to fix

Hello, I had a coder made this PPD script for me but once sold, i discovered it was full of bugs. I had to look for another coder that did a great job but disappeared before all was done. I have lost a couple of months for nothing. Here are the bugs i have discovered : 1) Some files just uploaded have X numers of downloads in [login to view URL] but don't appear in the member dashboard nor in admin dashboard.. They should be 0 in [login to view URL] Don't know why they have immediately 1 or 8 downloads or x downloads. I have removed all files and uploaded a new batch ... don't see the problem yet but it will come .. as always (i have kept a backup of the DB when problem was there for 3-4 files that have downloads) 2) In phpmyadmin, in earnings, there is a user ID 0 .. which has earnings .. who is it ? In users, there is NO user with ID 0 3) in /[login to view URL], i need to have the # of referals the user has and earnings Right now, ALL members accounts have same Referals : 2 and Earnings: $0.736 I have old [login to view URL] if needed. Old coder messed up the page and left 4) in /admin/[login to view URL] .. under USER Uploaded files, missing the size of the file Fix here [login to view URL] 5) Member area : change link Support ([login to view URL]) to a page contactus . sent to the email set in admin /[login to view URL] 6) Need to check 3 postbacks files to make sure there is no error. Once survey is completed and postback posted, the uploader is rewarded % of what the offer pays, if he has a referral the referral will be also credited and then the download must be unlocked. + make a new homepage (and login - singup) design just change colors and location of images and text.. and a new download page (i have an example of what i would like) .. no need to change admin pages I have enclosed the php file of [login to view URL] so you can see how the script is coded I can provide user login info if you want to see how the script is from within the member area for serious bidder only. I need someone that is REALLY GOOD with php as this script had a mid experienced coder give up. I need someone who can work on it quickly. Also if you already worked on a PPD script or understand the philosophy of it, that would be much better. Thanks.
