PHP Link Directory & Aweber Integration Mod - PHP Script

Need a mod for PHP Link Directory that will integrate with Aweber. This mod should automatically send an email to the Aweber email parser whenever a link is submitted. The email it sends will need to have the name and email of the person submitting the link to the directory so that they automatically get a confirmation email send to them from Aweber. This should be a simple project for the right person who knows PHP. Again, all it has to do is take the name and email from the submission form and email it to Aweber.
