Oscommerce header including jQuery ToolTip for shopping cart

I am running a shopping cart using osCommerce 2.2 RC2. I have a personalized design and now I wish to improove it with something new. So, all I need is a jquery tooltip for shopping cart. If you don't understand what I mean, search for "algozone OS04A00384" and you will see exactly what I need. So, I need it to be animated (like it is in the template). It should say "shopping cart is empty" when that's the case and a specific maximum number of products, when there are products in cart (for ex, if I have 12 products in cart but I want to show only 5, this will be done). The number will be specified in a variable in header.php. The window should use "ajax" (the content of the cart will be loaded only on mouseover). The information shown in header and in the created box should be the same as in the template. And one more thing: I should be able to modify the opacity of the dropdown window created. That's all. I'm waiting for realistic offers. I think that the script cam be easily extracted from that template, in maximum 1 hour, but I'm not a good programmer.
