Make changes on item description on an auction website

I need to make two changes on the item description of the "Items details" of the listing on an auction website. 1: On the description line I need to add 3 clickable tabs, Description, Payment and Shipping, Instead of going down the line of the listing you click on the selected tab and the information is displayed below, if Payment it will show payment information right below, if shipping it will show the information of shipping right below. 2:Right now it displays only one picture on the upper side of the "Items details" of the listing, I want to Include all the uploaded pictures minimized to about 30 X 30 pixels and when you move the mouse over it shows the real size of every picture.
