20224 job matching web site

This is for a full featured job matching site in web 2, php/mysql, ajax. Features can be seen on the attached screen shots. GUI is completed. We have all the mockups for you to cut up. The flash system will just use flash chat pre-made flash program. I need to get a demo within 24 hours. I will pay 50% upon receipt of demo and 50% when code is completed and installed on my server. Full specs will be given to you after you have been selected. I will also be selecting 2 backup programming teams. If you miss any deadlines you will be removed from the project without further pay. You will be required to email daily progress reports and/or daily yahoo messenger meetings. All work will be done on my server including the demo. Deadlines: demo within 24 hours, completed, bug free, script in 25 days.
