92204 fix HTMLarea

wea re currently using HTML aarea in our admin area to allow users the ability to add HTML to their form submissions. However, when the form is submitted, it seems that the changes are discarded. I think it has something to do with how HTMLarea adds \r\n, but I can not figure it out. We are using PHP to gather and validate the data to enter it into a MySQL database. I have attempted to remove the \r\n entries from the user input with PHP, but it's like the new values that the user enters are not even being sent in the $_POST array, just the old values. Almost like HTMLarea is not updating the original form field with the new info.
