Web Site Design

I am looking for a complete web site design. I am providing all the content in the word doc zipped below. I need someone to create a professional site for my domain. Graphics need to be provided by the coder (except for vendor graphics which are in the doc) I have some ideas on how I would like the menu to look but the rest is up to you. Please submit some URLs with your work so I can see what you can do. My server is a cobalt raq3 for now so I can only handle frontpage 2000 extensions... I would prefer to stay away from any extensions and just use java. There is the need for one page to have a return on investment calculator which is very basic, it will probabaly need to be done in java. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Complete java source and html... programmer will be paid upon successful testing on a cobalt raq3 provided by me. ## Platform Cobalt Raq3 currently, should be portable to other web boxes.
