**Problem 2: ** Need a program that tracks the starting and ending date for all new construction loans. Background information includes: Loan company makes small loan for construction projects up to maximum $10,000. Current cost for $10,000 loan is based on following fee structure that has maxumum loan payoff time of 24 months: **Time** **Fee** 6 mths $800 12 mths $1800 18 mths $3000 24 mths (Max) $4000 Requirements are as follows: - Program must track and calculate the amount of the original loan and the total amount owed at due date (original loan amount + loan fee) -Must include four classes: 1. Class Loan (public class) 2. LoanInterface (public interface)-this requires a CalculateFee() method that must be implemented in the AnnualLoan class 3. AnnualLoan (public class extends Loan implements LoanInterface) 4.
