Ongoing SEO

**{{THIS PROJECT WILL BE RECURRING AND WILL PAYOUT WEEKLY}} ***The following is just a summary of this project - the full deliverables are attached for download. *I am looking for a coder that is a guru with Search Engine Optimization and that is experienced with OsCommerce for an ongoing position in which the coder will make any neccessary updates and changes to my [website][1] to get it the best possible rankings and keyword positions on the major search engines. **Please Review The Attached Deliverables** for more information. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Coder agrees that if at any time I do not believe he or she has met up to my expectations I may close this project with no further work done and remaining weeks that have not been worked will not be paid out. 5) Coder agrees to supply a progress report using the template provided at the end of each 1 week period listing all revisions, changes, improvements, submissions, and any other work done during that 1 week period. This is a vital part of this project. Failure to do so can result in nonpayment for the week the progress was due and/or terminate our buyer/coder relationship with this project - which is entirely at the sole discretion of the buyer. 6) Coder agrees to not compete aginst my site or it's concept which included (owning, operating, assisting, optimizing or any other direct or indirect involvement with a musical instrument website or site comparable to mine) assist competitors, work for competitors or give information to competitors while performing work on my site. Coder further agrees not to own or operate a site selling musical instruments for no less than 6 months from the time we terminate our buyer/coder relationship. ## Platform PHP, HTML, OSCommerce, SEO
