Inbound Link Development Campaign

I am seeking an experienced link builder to obtain Inbound (One way) links for my site...Internet Marketing theme related. The requirements: 1. I require 50 Inbound (One way) links to my site from pages with a PageRank of 4 and higher. 2. The link shall be from a Google indexed page and shall have less than 25 outgoing links on that page. 3. You will ensure that the links pointing to our website contain the correct anchor text, that the URL is typed correctly and links to the page that I provide you. 4. Only links from Internet Marketing theme related sites will be accepted, competitor sites allowed. 5. Links from porn, xxx sites or sites containing illegal, offensive or immoral material are not acceptable. 6. You will not submit our site to search engines or major directories unless you receive written permission from us. 7. You will not participate into any web rings, links exchange programs like [login to view URL] [login to view URL] etc. 8. You will not spam or submit to FFA sites, Guest books or Link farms or any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. 9. You will not get more than 2 links from sites that are owned by a single person, group or company or are located on the same IP network. 10. Links from doorway or orphan pages specifically created for links echange are not acceptable. 11. An excel document will be provided that contains the following information regarding the links; Main site URL, IP address, Exact URL where link is placed, Contact email address. 12. Links are to be from sites that are placing the link as a PERMANENT link NOT a temporary link. 13. Guarantee that any link removed or dropped will be replaced free of charge with one of similar status to that initally provided. Please post your previous experience in this area as this is stage one of a multiple website linking project and therefore further work may be forthcoming. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
