Setup Bootstrap Website from Template Theme

We need a freelancer to help redesign our old website. We are a logistics company provide 3PL (3rd party logistics) services. This is also known as efulfillment or order fulfillment. The new site should be in Bootstrap, and we have selected two templates from the same designer: Eterna [login to view URL] PLATO [login to view URL] We prefer the ETERNA design, but we like the fixed-top nav bar (floating/scrolling nav bar) and the footer design of Plato. General customization required, such as changing colors, buttons, icons. Other features needed: a) Download of white paper documents after submitting email address b) SignUP/Login - link to our backend which is run on Netsuite ERP (you are doing front end work only, backend design all done by our in-house) c) Work with our in-house designer on finding the best/right graphics and effects We will provide extremely detailed written content to the top 10 bidders to revise their bids after seeing the full spec. There are little design changes to be made since Bootstrap should make those changes very easy. Some planning is required to make our content fit the template/theme.
