I need to copy functionality from a another website and have delivered as a joomla component.

I have a website running joomla 2.5. I have a premium template. I want the functionality of the study & revision section at the student rooms - thestudentroom co uk/ [login to view URL] I want the functionality of the following - Users are able to view or create the following - Flash cards Revision Cards Revision Notes Quizzes MindMaps Organise your thinking Essays shared resources I also want to implement the study planner and you will need to create similiar icons but suited to my theme. I need the elements to work as they do on the link, I.e you can search, view results and view the first page of a resource but beyond that you need to register (premieum) to get access. I need this linked up with the access levels as I will be creating 4 memberships with 3 of them being paid. You really need to look at the link to see what is required as I don't know how to describe it. However it should be a component & plugins if needed for joomla, no hard coding please. It also needs to show up as part of my website in side my template (no iframes). Please put a proposal with an esitmated time frame and that you have studied the link, to ensure this please tell me the background colour of the 'create study resources' icon.
