53022 Logo design and header work

Visit [login to view URL] A. I would like a logo designed like the attachement shows I have provided for you. I can't draw the best but you get the idea atleast lol. I need a swing and inside the swing I want it to say Oklahoma Swingers. I want the swing and the Oklahoma Swinger text to be tilted like the drawing shows. The logo must be crisp and look professional. Please make sure the color of the logo goes with the colors of the website in particular the background on the header. The logo must be transparent and lays crisp over the background you see once entering the link above. Please do not alter any of the colors or text you see in the banner. I like the way it looks. The text used is called arial rounded mt. Bottom line please ensure yours looks exactly like mine I already have built. B. After your done adding the logo to the header, I need the programmer to make me a php file of only the entire banner to include the white space under it and the black line you see under the banner. I need the code so I can build other pages using the php call function. Please ensure my links are functional on my banner as well. C. I will make immediate payment once the project is complete and I am satisified of your work. Programmer must be willing to make some changes within reason. Thank you!
