Game ladder site... need it fast!

first of all i DONT want anny opensource scripts or something like that. I have alredy tryed them and did not like it. What i need: A ladder site with members signup and team/clan creation. 1. member login and joining teams (only 1 team per member) 2. Team owner can decline or acept members that want to join. 3. Tam owner can write a small presentation of the team in HTML 4. Team owners can challenge other teams that have joined the site. 5. The winner of the team will report the game and confirm it buy uploading a screenshot from the game. 6. a score list that shows all the teams and position. 7. you should be abel to see stats on all members also how manny games they played and how manny % was winning and loosing games. 8. there should be a special event that should give extra points if you win on ((just set an X when reporting a game)) 9. Admins should also be abel to post news on the front page. Anyone that can do this? please only bid after reading everything! Budget 0$ ~ 150$
