Design Site for Adult Retail Stores

We need a site on which customers can purchase Small Business Adult Store Graphic & Html Design Packages. The site would be based on Zen Cart/Oscommerce or another comparable free shopping cart, preferably php/mysql based. We would offer compatible templates available from another site (affiliate) which we would then integrate with our packages. There would only be several items to actually purchase on the site: a logo package, a basic design starter package (they provide the template), ecommerce package w/o design & ecommerce package w/design. The ecommerce packages would be populated with our unique database of sex toys & adult dvds and run on a free cart system. The site needs to look very slick, original and business to business. The design should be clean, bright, easy to navigate and well laid out; the informational part clear, the ecommerce part simple. The company that completes the project succesfully will get the task of setting up each package purchased by customers, resulting in steady revenue; please bear this in mind when bidding.
